objectives of asthra

The world around is turning out to more and more competitive and even more complex... so to meet the competitive levels and and also understand the complexity the world is driving into.... and to expose to global markets

i would like to say there is a need for us to take an initiative to keep ourself extraordinary to the outside world .

i thought of starting a thing ( i dont know what we call it) in our college by myself and my friends named ASTHRA -- armed to serve

as if now there are few products which i wish to start under this i would kindly like to brief you about each product

PRODUCT 1 :-

all of them would divide into groups of 5 or 6 members each . each group should conduct events which will be leaded by one person for one event and groups will be reshuffled after every one gets a chance of leading an event . like that a series of events will be conducted each event may last for 3 hrs or more or else .

the main objective of this product is all should get a good grip on group discussion , corporate and rural knowledge and link between them , general knowledge , psychology studying , LEADERSHIP qualities , SELF LEARNING skills , communication and life skills .

the type and way of events conduction freedom is completly given leader who leads the event its in his hand how innovatively he designs the event
and organises it but at end of each event all should gain something and the objective of the product should be attained

PRODUCT 2 :-

branch awareness :getting a complete awareness of our branch and its interlinking branches as interface engineering is most essential . the advancements in branch , the future of branch for next 50 years , how diversified branch can be applied , by choosing which area how much community can be reached . a complete knowledge of the field which we are studying ...

what are the areas which will be commercially good , which will be good for research and development . many websites which are useful for branch knowledge .every issue regarding the branch a detailed research is done regarding that which is shared among ourself at last every one is benefited up to core

PRODUCT 3 :-

goal achieving : this product should encourage in achievement of the goal by getting together like goal people , by sharing the information , by making available the history and autobiographies which inspire them in reaching , on a whole a large data base . the way they should approach to reach the goal. making every research about the duties the objectives that are to done after reaching goal.

PRODUCT 4 :-

extra language learning : as being an indian who by genetic and nature have ability to learn and speak multi languages an any point time under this product we would like learn an extra language in additional to known languages , after getting satisfied with learing of present language switch on to the next language may be foriengn or indian .... this can help us to connect to many parts of country and world very easily .. try to learn as many languages as possible . which makes more exposure to the world thats the objective

PRODUCT 5 :-

social work : doing a social work which helps us in our career , in devolopng our health , by which knowledge and experience which we get by doing this social work would help immencely in our future and inturn serve the country

we can take part in organisations which work with commitment . data base of such should be collected . or personally service can done but the untimate theme is to serve he nation and inturn have a benefit for our carrer

these are the products which presently came out my mind before few days....

any other innovative product recommended is invited . please kindly say your views on it
please try for more products and improvements of present products thought ... its not one who can do everything.

we will try have some mentors from outside

as objectives are mentioned the design of the product how they should work is not yet done all the members are requested to propose the design of the products ,

every one is requested to propose a daily schedule which makes the ASTHRA run smoothly and doesnt disturb academics .( a diffrent schedule is recommended for working days , weekend holidays , winter and summer holidays )
